The University of the Philippines Manila - Philippine General Hospital (UPM-PGH), through the Fund 101 and Fund 184 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Five Million One Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Six Pesos & 92/100 (Php25.133.596.92), inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Disposal of Hazardous and Toxic Healthcare Wastes of the PhilippineGeneralHospital,UniversityofthePhilippinesManilaandUP-PGHSportsand Medicine Wellness Center under Project Reference No.: BAC-2024-11-1092.
