SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS PSYCHOLOGICAL
TEST MATERIALS

1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS AND 00/100 (PHP1,467,000.00) ONLY, through the General Appropriations Act CY 2024/PGH Revolving Fund 164, inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS PSYCHOLOGICAL TEST MATERIALS under Project Reference No. BAC-2024-11-1047. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The UP-PGH now invites bids for the Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements.
