SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND TESTING OF GRAFT MESHER FOR THE DIVISION OF PLASTIC SURGERY, DEPARTMENT OF SURGERY, PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL- REBID

1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS & 00/100 (PHP3,000,000.00) ONLY, through the PGH Revolving Fund, inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY and TESTING OF GRAFT MESHER FOR THE DIVISION OF PLASTIC SURGERY, DEPARTMENT OF SURGERY, PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL-REBID, under Project Reference No. BAC-2024-11-1027. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
