SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND TESTING OF ONE (1) INTRACRANIAL PRESSURE MONITOR

1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), through the PGH Revolving Fund CY2024 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS AND 00/100 ONLY (PHP2,600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND TESTING OF ONE (1), under Project Reference No. BAC-2024-10-0984. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The UP-PGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within a period of five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
