  CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE AND PARTS FOR TWO (2) ZEISS LUMERA 700 MISCROSCOPES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF OPHTHALMOLOGY AND VISUAL SCIENCES
  
  1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS AND 00/100 (PHP1,547,200.00) ONLY through the General Appropriations Act/PGH Revolving Fund 184,inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Corrective Maintenance and Parts for Two (2) Zeiss Lumera 700 Microscopes of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences ,under Project Reference No. BAC-2024-09-0893, Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
