Description : 1. The Ministry of Public Works - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Tawi-Tawi District Engineering Office, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) through the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), through the Ministry of Finance and Budget and Management (MFBM) under the FY 2025 REGULAR INFRA intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Thousand pesos only (9,700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM LEVEL 2, SITIO PITOGO, BRGY. LUPA PULA, MAPUN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Ministry of Public Works - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Tawi-Tawi District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Sixty-Six calendar days (166c.d.). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
