Project Reference No.: BAC-2025-04-0301 Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines - Nervous System for One (1) Year (Single Year Framework Agreement)

1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), using a Single Year Framework Agreement, through the PGH General Fund intends to apply the sum of SIXTY-ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY FIVE PESOS AND 20/100 (Php61,359,245.20) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The Philippine General Hospital now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines - Nervous System for One (1) Year (Single Year Framework Agreement). Delivery of the Goods is within the period stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements.
