INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF THE E-LIBRARY RESOURCES SUBSCRIPTION-TWELVE (12) MONTHS

1. The ZAMBOANGA STATE COLLEGE OF MARINE SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGY, through the FUND 164 FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS (₱ 2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for B-086-2025 PROCUREMENT OF THE E-LIBRARY RESOURCES SUBSCRIPTION-TWELVE (12) MONTHS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The ZAMBOANGA STATE COLLEGE OF MARINE SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGY through the Fund 164 intends to apply the sum of ABC corresponding to each lot/item as shown, and the Procurement Project/identification number of contract for each lot being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
