1. The ZAMBOANGA STATE COLLEGE OF MARINE SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGY through the FUND 101 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 5,300,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for B-073-2025 “UPGRADE AND DIGITALIZATION OF ZSCMST GYMNASIUM INTO ZSCMST MULTI-ACTIVITY CENTER(EQUIPMENT)” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
