Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), through the GSIS Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php6,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Automated Software Testing Tool. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The GSIS now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within the past five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, any of the following:

a. A contract similar to the Project whose value, adjusted to current prices using the PSA-s CPI, must be at least equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the ABC; or

b. At least two (2) similar contracts, the aggregate amount of which should be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC for this Project; and the largest of these similar contracts must be equivalent to at least half of the percentage of the ABC as required above.
