Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
Supply and delivery of one lot of Professional
Camera and Speakerphone

I. Purpose
The procurement of supply and delivery of a one-lot professional camera and speakerphone will replace defective equipment utilized in virtual meetings (Execom meetings, stakeholder meetings, training, etc.)
II. Approved Budget for Contract (ABC)
The ABC is PhP300,000.00 inclusive of 12% VAT and other government taxes.
III. Technical Specifications:
The professional conferencing system is composed of the following:
• Three-units of camera and speakerphone
• Three-unit expansion speakerphone

Detailed specifications are discussed in Annex "A" of the Terms of Reference (TOR).

IV. Delivery
The equipment must be delivered within 30 calendar days upon confirmation of the purchase order.
