Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS

Procurement for the Supply and Delivery of Piglets under Swine Industry Recovery Project (SIRP) in the Province of Cagayan

1. The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center 02 intends to procure Piglets under Swine Industry Recovery Project (SIRP) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 840,000.00) in the Province of Cagayan. And we would like to inform your office that the ATI-RTC 02 has commence its procurement activity. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The ATI-RTC 02 Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.

3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two- Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
