Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS
Procurement for the Construction of 40-head capacity finisher operation Piggery House under Swine Industry Recovery Project (SIRP) in Alcala, Cagayan with ITB No.2024-002
1. The Agricultural Training Institute-Regional Training Center 02 intends to procure Construction of 40-head capacity finisher operation Piggery House under Swine Industry Recovery Project (SIRP) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 800,000.00) in the Municipality of Alcala, Cagayan. And we would like to inform your office that the ATI-RTC 02 has commenced its procurement activities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The ATI-RTC 02 Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.
3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two- Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
