Description : Scope of Work:
1. Provide AsBuilting of Existing Structures
a. Perform detailed asbuilting of existing structure. Measurements of structural members such as columns, beams and slab.
b. Perform load mapping of all floors based on usage and architectural finishes
c. Perform detailed documentation and measurements of any cracks on both structural and non-structural members
d. Provide recommendations on repair and treatment any found cracks.
2. Provide Structural Design Services
a. Perform detailed structural engineering analysis and design for gravity wind and seismic loadings for the proposed building structure and additional floor / renovation at roof deck in accordance on the provisions of the National Structural Code of the Philippines, 7th Edition, 2015
b. Prepare detailed engineering design for permit and construction purposes.
c. Provide structural assessment and option for repair of water leaks at the main building and library building. Provide options for additional roofing, functional space, and other rectification methods. Provide options for structural retrofitting and repair on other structur... - Documents:
