UNICEF Philippine Country Office is inviting you to submit a proposal for LRPS-2023-9181183: Assessment of School-based Immunization in Selected Public Schools in the Philippines.Summarized Terms of Reference:1. To assess the effectiveness and efficiency of school-based immunization along key thematic areas of routine immunization, namely: a.) leadership/governance, planning, coordination and financing; b.) staff capacity, including their knowledge and practice during immunization sessions; c.) service delivery processes; d.) vaccine storage, transport and immunization safety; e.) demand for services, family viewpoints and reasons for deferrals and refusals; f.) recording and reporting; g.) management of adverse events following immunization (AEFI); and h.) monitoring and evaluation2. To identify challenges, bottlenecks and other factors influencing the SBI implementation,3. To identify best practices and lessons learned that can be replicated and applied in other areas with similar contexts, and4.
