The ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (ZSPI) formerly KABASALAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (KIT), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2018 intends to apply the sum ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 180,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of ASSESSMENT CENTER OFFICE EQUIPMENT FOR ONLINE DOCUMENTATION AND SUBMISSION use.
Price Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Procurement will be conducted in consonance with Section 52.1.b (Shopping) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rule and Regulations(IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
