The Municipal Government of Candelaria, Zambales, through the Twenty Percent (20%) Development Fund for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 4,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the hereunder project.
