  Project's Vision:
  As outlined in the Project Brief, the project revolves around the interior enhancement of the Ground floor Main Lobby, Cinematheque Lobby, and Second Floor Chairman-s Office with Conference Room, Private Room, and Chairman-s Staff Area. The Consultant will refine the design for the site-s final layout and scheme and furniture selection.
  Scope of Works:
  "The scope of work to be done by the Consultant, as herein authorized by the Client for the subject Project herein referred to, consists of professional services for PFHB Ground Floor Main and Cinematheque Lobby + Second Floor Chairman-s Office Architectural Interiors Design and Plans + Furniture Selection and Plotting Package, with a total floor area of (see table below), while collaborating with the organization through design meetings, site visits during project design phase,
