Description : 1. General Objective
The project involves the renovation and enhancement of the school stage through architectural finishing, installation or upgrading of stage lighting, and improvement of signage to ensure functional, aesthetic, and safe use during school events, programs, and performances.
2. Architectural Finishing Works
The contractor shall:
• Remove any damaged or deteriorated finishes on walls, flooring, and stage surfaces.
• Provide wall finishing including puttying, sanding, priming, and painting with durable, washable paint.
• Apply floor finishing appropriate for stage use (e.g., wood veneer, laminate, or epoxy coating).
• Repair or replace ceiling panels or acoustic panels for improved aesthetics and sound quality.
• Install or repair stage skirting, panels, and decorative trims as per approved design.
• Ensure all architectural finishes are even, smooth, and visually appealing, compliant with safety and accessibility standards.
