ARAW NG LAS NIEVES PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES 2025

I. INTRODUCTION
This Terms of Reference (TOR) outlines the objectives, scope, deliverables, and responsibilities related to the engagement of a professional Event Organizer for the planning and execution of the 62nd Adlaw Hong Las Nieves and 5th GA-O Festival scheduled to take place on June 19 to 25, 2025 at Municipal Ground, Poblacion, Las Nieves Agusan del Norte.

The event is organized by Local Government Unit of Las Nieves to commemorate the founding of the municipality and highlights local culture, heritage and community pride.

II. OBEJECTIVE
• To successfully plan, organize, and execute the 62nd Adlaw Hong Las Nieves and 5th GA-O Festival in alignment with the Client-s goals and target audience.
• To manage all logistical, technical, and creative aspects of the event from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up.
• To ensure a smooth, high-quality, and professionally managed event experience within the Approved Budget Cost (ABC).
