Description : Please see the attached Purchase Request for P.R. No. 22-0034 for the procurement of Application Security Testing Consultancy Services for the Newly Developed or Enhanced GCG Applications with the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ₱700,000.00 and the Terms of Reference (TOR)/Technical specifications for the project.

Kindly fill-out the attached RFP Form which will be included with the other documentary requirements indicated therein.
