Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
ONE (1) YEAR SUBSCRIPTION OF ANTISPAM SOFTWARE LICENSE (EMAIL PROTECTION)

I. OBJECTIVE
The objectives of this project are to keep SBC's On-premise Mail Server (@mail.sbcorp.ph) safe from spam emails and stop malicious information from hiding in emails. This is the point at which end-to-end message forensics and content security must work well. Additionally, it enhances our current network security protection with unified threat management (UTM).

II. SCOPE OF WORK
The project calls for the renewal of Antispam Software License to be used in SBC-s IT resources. This subscription-based license upon renewal will continue to protect all emails from unwanted spam before it gets into the email server with one year subscription period from June 2025 to June 2026.
