• Main Office PS
• T. Alonzo PS
• Malvar 1 PS
• Malvar 2 PS
• Lagman 1 & 2 PS; and
• Buyog PS

Scope of PM Activities:
• Physical inspection of Atlantium's disinfection chamber and its components.
• Measurement / calibration of incoming water UVT, as required.
• CIP - Cleaning in Place
• Cleaning of quartz tube / sleeve, as required.
• Inspection and replacement of O-Ring 2-327, as required.
• Replacement of Lamp, as required.
• Cleaning UVIS (UV Intensity Sensor) Mirrors
• Tuning of Atlantium System, as required.
• General UV HOD condition and parts assessment.
• Inspection of all other mechanical parts supplied including filters (if any)
• Submission of Assessment and recommendation thru Service Report.
