Invitation to Bid for the Annual Support / Maintenance of Precision Air-conditioning Unit (PACU), NOVEC 1230 Fire Suppression, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Raise Flooring

1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through the Approved Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,100,000.00), VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Annual Support/Maintenance of Precision Air-conditioning Unit (PACU), NOVEC 1230 Fire Suppression, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Raise Flooring (PICC APP2025-MC-40). Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
