Technical Specifications
a. Canned items should be free from rust;
b. Boxed/packaged items should not have any form of deterioration;
c. Items expiry should not be before July 2026 (for applicable items);
d. Items should be delivered packed already in the storage box;
e. Missing/damaged items from the storage box should be replaced with the same kind within (3) three calendar days upon inspection;
f. Ready-to-eat cooked ham should be tightly wrapped in a food grade plastic wrap. It shall also be individually packed in leak proof bags; Should have at least (1) year expiration from the date of delivery;
g. Provision/installation of chest freezer in the NFRDI CO premises at the time that the goods are distributed to all NFRDI Employees which shall not be more than 15 days from delivery.
h. Rice to be delivered is newly-harvested and freshly-milled, and that it will last for three (3) months.
