Description : Bid Proposals including the Terms of Reference shall be submitted via email to cgguevarra@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph, e-bids@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before May 2, 2023, not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.

Further, bidders are also required to submit copies of the following documents within seven (7) calendar days after the bid submission date:

• PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum Membership);
• Statement of the bidder-s Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) (Summary of Completed Contracts (Form ER-1)) similar to the contract to be bid which is equivalent to 50% of the ABC, within the past two (2) years;
• Summary of On-going Contracts (Form ER-2) - may contain similar or not in nature and complexity of the project;
• Summary of Contracts Awarded But Not Yet Started, if any (Form ER-3) - may contain similar or not in nature and complexity of the project;
• The prospective bidder-s computation of Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) or a Committed Line of Credit (CLC) from a Universal or Commercial Bank in lieu of its NFCC computation;
