Terms and Conditions
1. All entries must be printed or written.
2. All bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
3. Delivery period within Fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order, otherwise
bidders should specify/indicate delivery.
4. Warranty shall be for the period of six (6) months for suplies and materials, one (1) year for equipment, from date to acceptance by the National Irrigation Administration-Upper Pampanga River Integrated Irrigation Systems (NIA-UPRIIS).
5. Price validity shall be for a period of Thirty (30) calendar days.
