Description : Procurement of Services for the CY 2025 Annual Medical and Physical Examination (AMPE) of GSIS Iloilo Branch Office Personnel

Detailed Specifications of the Services to be Procured

1. Provide skilled and experienced healthcare professionals including medical/radiological technicians and administrative staff, to conduct diagnostic and ancillary procedures, as well as medical examination services for GSIS employees. Logistical and other tasks include: registration, taking anthropometric measurements and managing crowd control.

2. Conduct the following required diagnostic and screening procedures/ examinations which vary depending on the specific age bracket:

a) Bracket 1: Thirty (30) years of age and below (Male and Female):

1) Physical Examination to include:
 personal, medical, family and social history taking
 vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature)
 anthropometric measurements (height and weight to compute the body mass index)
