ANALOG TRAINER FOR DC ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS - BSEE DEPARTMENT

1. In view of two (2) consecutive failed public biddings, the Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) and the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the General Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (Php 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Analog Trainer for DC Electrical Circuits - BSEE Department. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Pursuant to Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, we invite legally, technically and financially capable suppliers to negotiate with the NORSU-BAC on subject requirement.
