    Inclusive of:
    - One-time molecular weight adjustment using flourometer (Ez Cubes) for high concentrated samples
    - Sequencing using MinION Flow cell (15GB TMO) with MinKNOW software
    - One-time library preparation using the Rapid Barcoding Kit (DQK-RBK 114.24) for 24 samples per lot
    Note: To ensure precision in library preparation, an automatic liquid handler may be used.
