1. The Municipal Government of Lapinig N. Samar, through Supplemental Budget#1 FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos & 35/100 Only (Php 528,998.35) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Alay sa Barangay Serbisyo Caravan”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
