The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) through its Procurement Section, intends to procure a "Airline Tickets for the conduct of preparatory and research work in Germany in connection with the “Pieces of Life: The Philippine collection exhibition, as part of the Philippines- participation as Guest of Honour at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2025" in accordance with Sec. 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184. The total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P200,000.00) inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
