  and belong to the top 3 leading stations in the Province.
  That the radio has devoted a particular time slot/program
  specifically for the farmers/fishers for the last 5 years as
  shown by its book of programming.
  That the radio station has been utilized by the DA as venue
  of its radio program/School-on-the-Air for the last 5 years
  to ensure that target audience, who are farmers, will be its
  captive audience and that dissemination of information on
  technologies, programs and projects, among others will be...
