I. Project Description
The project involves the inspection, repair, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of air-conditioning units to ensure efficient cooling performance, energy efficiency, and prolonged service life.
II. Scope of Activities
1. Inspection and Assessment
• Conduct thorough inspection of all identified air-conditioning units.
• Check electrical connections, refrigerant level, compressor condition, and thermostat operation.
• Identify defective or worn-out parts requiring repair or replacement.
2. General Cleaning (Preventive Maintenance)
• Dismantling of unit covers and components.
• Cleaning of air filters, evaporator coil, condenser coil, and blower fan.
• Flushing of drainage line.

3. Repair Works (If Necessary)
