Description : The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) through its Administrative Service, intends to procure “Aircon Cleaning of Motor Vehicle Aircon System” for FY 2025 in accordance with Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
