The City Government of Bais invites interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for use in the Office of the City Mayor-s Office, viz:

The approved budget for the contract is to be taken from purchase of office equipment, CY 2025 (1011-1-07-05-020). Partial bids are allowed, however, bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

In order to qualify, bidders should conform to the eligibility criteria as prescribed under Sec. 23 and 25 of the Revised IRR-A of R.A. 9184.
