1. The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), through the Agrarian Reform Fund- GOP, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php(2,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT & FARM MACHINERIES 16 UNITS BRUSH CUTTER, 24 UNITS 7HP WATER PUMP, 16 UNITS KNAPSACK SPRAYER, 8 UNITS HAND TRACTOR FOR LOWLAND & 16 UNITS HEAVY DUTY CART WHEEL BORROW) . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
