INVITATION TO BID

PROCUREMENT OF AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT

1. The BARANGAY 56 TAYSAN, through the Barangay Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 150,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the Equipment for the PROCUREMENT OF AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT REFERENCE NO. 11806831 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at BID Opening.

2. The BARANGAY 56 TAYSAN now invites bids to furnish the PROCUREMENT OF AGRICULTURAL EQIPMENT Delivery of the Equipment is required 15 days upon issuance of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within 15 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, A contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
