1.Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) issued by the Civil Aeronautics Board
2.Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority-licensed Drone Spraying Operator (DSO)
3.Remote Piloted Aircraft (RPA) registered in the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)
4.Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Operator-s Certificate (for Agriculture) Certificate issued by CAAP
5.Drone provider will shoulder the transportation of both equipment and personnel during the whole span of the activity
6.Provider mush have a Landbank account named after their company
ο¬Drone service includes agri-input application on rice fields
ο¬Minimum of 2 bags/50 kg per ha agri-input to be applied
