1. The Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) Campuses and the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Five Pesos and 24/100 Only (Php 12,724,245.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for “AGENCY SECURITY GUARDS FOR NORSU CAMPUSES” (GOODS2024-10-0727). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) now invites bids for the above Early Procurement of the abovementioned project:
