For the installation of Concrete Pedestal for Transformer 250 kva intended for the newly constructed buildings area of Agus 4 HPP.
1. SCOPE OF WORKS/SUPPLY
1. Site Clearing and removal of vegetation on the site
2. Pakyaw contractor will supply the required tools needed for the installation of the concrete pedestal and fabrication of mesh wire fence.
3. NPC will provide the materials needed for installation of the concrete pedestal and G.I. Pipe and mesh wire intended for the fence of the transformer.
4. Pakyaw contractor will dispose the waste materials at designated area using NPC haulers.
5. Contractor will provide safety gadgets like safety shoe, etc. For the protection of the pakyaw laborers.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Payment will be made only upon completion of the works and final acceptance of the end user and plant QA/Safety
Work Duration: Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of P.O
