Description : The Department of National Defense Bids and Awards Committee 2 (DND BAC 2) is implementing the procurement of the AFP Cyber Systems Lot 9 - AFP Cloud System Acquisition Project (CSAP) which has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the sum of FOUR BILLION PESOS only (PhP4,000,000,000.00). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Bidding will be conducted through Limited Source Bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is open to pre-selected bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.

The DND BAC 2 will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on February 7, 2025 to start at 10:00 AM at DND-BAC Conference Room, Basement, Right Wing, DND Bldg., Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
