REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

ADVOCACY TOKENS FOR CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES FOR THE CAMPAIGN TO END VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN

The Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) is inviting Suppliers / Contractors to submit quotation for the following:

1. Supply and Delivery of Advocacy Token for Clients for the Campaign to End Violence against Women (ABC: Php240,000.00)
2. Supply and Delivery of Advocacy Token for Employees for the Campaign to End Violence against Women (ABC: Php201,600.00)

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Interested suppliers may obtain further information from Admin. Unit of Pag-IBIG Fund Tuguegarao Hub located at Ground Floor, Editha Tuddao Building, Balzain Highway, Tuguegarao city starting 11 December 2025.

A copy of Request for quotation may be issued to interested suppliers by the Admin. Unit at Tuguegarao Hub starting 11 December 2025.
