PURCHASE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT

1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Fifty Nine Thousand Pesos (Php 59,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Advocacy Support to Data Banking Management of PWD Programs and Services.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Computer Laptop and Bond paper. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
