Fabric Specifications
• Fabric shall be made of high-performance polyester blend, minimum 215 gsm (65% polyester, 35% cotton), ensuring breathability, quick-dry capability, durability, and comfort for prolonged wear.
• Material must be functional polyester yarn, engineered for moisture-wicking and quick-dry properties suitable for active use.
• Fabric shall be reactive dyed to ensure long-lasting color retention and resistance to fading.
• Must be suitable for both high-quality printing and embroidery applications without fabric damage or distortion.
Garment Construction
• Flat-knit collar and cuffs for structure and durability.
• Two-button placket with tightly stitched, reinforced buttonholes.
• Top-stitched shoulder seams for added strength.
• Double-stitched hemline to prevent fraying and ensure garment longevity.
