I. PROJECT

Procurement of a Service Provider for the Production of Advocacy Materials for the Observance of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) through the “Tourism Integrates, Supports, and Minds Women-s Rights and Child Safety (TouRISM WoRCS)” Seminar on November 25, 2025, in the Province of Cavite.
II. BACKGROUND
The 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) is an annual nationwide advocacy led by the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) observed from November 25 to December 12. It aims to raise awareness and encourage active participation from government agencies, local government units, private institutions, and civil society organizations in eliminating all forms of violence against women and girls.
For 2025, the campaign adopts the theme “UNITE! Invest to Prevent Violence Against Women and Girls,” emphasizing the need for collective investment of time, effort, and resources to prevent VAW and uphold the rights and dignity of women and children.
