Qualifications:
1) For Financial Consultant: must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and possesses master-s degree or equivalent units; with 20 years or more diversified experience; with strong foundation in controllership, management accounting, corporate planning, and auditing and such other abilities that may help LWD.
2) For Technical and Legal Consultants: must have a minimum 20 years- experience in various positions in water industry.

Responsibilities:
1) Perform business risk evaluation and formulate recommendations on improvement opportunities;
2) Evaluation of existing processes, procedures & systems and proposed streamlining measures to achieve optimal business performance and establish a reasonable assurance that the organization-s objectives are met effectively and efficiently;
