  Supply, Delivery and Installation of Sports Equipment, Claveria, Misamis Oriental
  
  1) The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Misamis Oriental, through the 20% Local Development Fund of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ₱3,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Sports Equipment, Claveria, Misamis Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Misamis Oriental now invites bids for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Sports Equipment, Claveria, Misamis Oriental. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
