1) The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Misamis Oriental, through the General fund-DRRM Reserve Fund of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱2,799,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Three (3) units Brand New Vehicle - Van Type for Emergency Purposes of the 24 Barangays of Claveria, Misamis Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
