Supply and Delivery of Rescue Equipment and Supplies for the Office of LDRRMO, Claveria, Misamis Oriental

1. The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Misamis Oriental, through the Approved Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php991,479.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for the project. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Misamis Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
